Service Policy
Butterflies Secretarial Solutions make every attempt to produce error-free work. Should there be errors that are obviously ours, corrections will be made at no charge to the client. Any revisions required by the client will be charged at the appropriate hourly rate. If no time-frame is provided for completion of work, we aim for a 48 hour turnaround.
Email Form Privacy Policy
We guarantee that personal details received through our Email Contact Form will not be sold, given, traded or otherwise made accessible to a third party or made public. We loathe spam, we don’t need it, we don’t want it and we won’t send it!
Client Privacy Policy
Butterflies Secretarial Solutions respect client confidentiality. All discussions, paperwork and electronic files will be treated with confidentiality.
Butterflies Secretarial Solutions guarantee that client information will not be shared with a third party without prior consent of the client. Any contact information will be retained for the sole use of Butterflies Secretarial Solutions.
Any electronic or paper files retained by Butterflies Secretarial Solutions will be stored securely for the purpose of further service to that client only. After 12 months of the client account being inactive, files not required for contact details or accounting purposes will be securely destroyed.
